According to the rules of the Brand Management Center, all members must go to the cashier desk to finish payment (especially the consumption in cash). The cashier of TIANYD store has the qualification to collect money. Except for the cashier, all store clerks, including store manager, department manager or other persons, have no power or qualification to collect money in any manner.
