The consumer guide is only suitable for Guangzhou but not Sydney.

The membership card of TIANYD is made and issued uniformly by TIANYD Brand Management Center. 

The membership cards aforesaid are suitable for all TIANYD brand consumers; the card holder enjoys not only the rights of member, but also can consume in any store of TIANYD. The product depositary card can only be used in the card-issuing store. 

Due to the geographic location of TIANYD store and the member consumption characteristics, different TIANYD stores will launch different promotion campaigns; the clerk of the store that launches the promotion campaign must disclose clearly the exclusive consumption of promotion item in the store only and not apply to other TIANYD stores. The promotion item that is not available in other stores is only limited to the consumption in the designated store; the other rights and interests of the card holder in all TIANYD stores remain unchanged. 

When applying for the membership card, the personal information will be entered into the TIANYD member management system; the personal information will facilitate the after-sales staff to follow up. The personal information of every member will be kept confidential in the member management center and will not be disclosed. 

All TIANYD stores are prohibited to issue or provide the member card that is not made or issued by TIANYD brand management center. The personal information of the holder of the card that is provided by the store in a private manner will not be entered in the TIANYD member management system, and the member’s right and interest will not be guaranteed. 

All members are reminded to check the card type and understand the type of uniform membership card when applying for the membership card.

All customers of TIANYD brand have the rights to reject the card that is not made or issued by TIANYD brand management center, and are welcome to complain the Customer Service Center immediately (the paper card can not be bought under any circumstances).
