1. If the lease term of TIANYD store expires, TIANYD may renew the lease of the store with the store owner. However due to the rent or other factors related to the location of the store, TIANYD may relocate to other place. In such case, the members of TIANYD are recommended to enjoy the services of TIANYD in the nearby TIANYD store, and the other TIANYD stores will guarantee the consumption rights and interests of member. All members of TIANYD are welcome to all TIANYD stores.
2. In case that the member does not prefer to move to the nearby TIANYD store to consume, TIANYD brand management center will arrange the full-time person to refund the balance of the card held by the member to the member. In order to guarantee and prevent the balance of membership card from loss, the card holder (member) is required to make the following preparations:
A. The member must go to TIANYD brand management center to proceed with the card return operations in person by bearing the effective personal ID card and bank account. All members are not recommended or allowed to arrange or appoint third person to handle the card return formalities.
B. In order to guarantee the safety of the cash in card, the balance of membership card will not be refunded in cash; instead, TIANYD brand management center will transfer the balance to the bank account provided by the member within 7 working days after the card return formality is finished.
3. TIANYD store will accept the card return application caused by the store relocation. If the member applies to return the membership card under other circumstances other than the store relocation, the member must abide by the card return regulations of TIANYD (as for the details, see the Member Registration Form).
